Our company collect, process, and share personal data both as data controller and in some instances as joint data controllers.

- The Internet Protocol (IP) address from which you access the website in a format that does not enable us to identify who you are. the previous webpage from which you accessed the website. the identity of any search engine used to access the website, and any search terms used. the type of browser, device and operating system used to access the website.

- A list of all the pages visited while on the website; and the page you exit the website from.
We require the following information from vendors and purchasers. Name, address, email, phone number, area of interest, purchasing position, proof of address, proof of name, proof of funds (purchasers), reasons for sale, property photographs, bank details, lender, solicitor.
As part of our legal obligations, we are required to verify your identity to provide some of our services (e.g. property purchase, sales etc). We may do this via the ID Pal app. The app provides a secure way for our clients to provide us with their ID documents. ID Pal use facial recognition (biometrics) to verify identity documents. ID Pal are a third-party provider which we select very carefully. Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)
To value your property, we will need your name, address, phone number and email address. If you request us to share this valuation with anyone e.g. bank, solicitor, we will require their details.

- Carrying out estate agency activities on your behalf or in connection with a property which you own or are interested in acquiring, letting, or bidding for Operating the Website.

- Carrying out research using aggregated and anonymised data which may be required to analyse trends in the property market in Ireland.

- Carrying out statistical analysis of the property market in Ireland, including in relation to the status of buyers and property prices.
DATA RETENTION
We will not hold your data for longer than is necessary. We will retain your personal data for the duration of your engagement with us and for such a period, after your contract ends as is necessary to comply with our obligations under applicable law and, if relevant, to deal with any claim or dispute that might arise relating to your contract.
Where you do not enter a contract with us, we will only retain your information for so long as is necessary to comply with our obligations under applicable law and, if relevant, to deal with any claim or dispute that might arise relating to our interactions with you each of our marketing communications will contain an opt out or unsubscribe so that you are fully in control of how we communicate with you.
DATA SHARING
We engage several third-party processors (in the form of systems, software or physical companies). In some cases, this involves sharing your personal data with the following:
- Service providers: We may need to share personal information with our service providers to assist us to provide our services to you. If there has been a breach of contract (or otherwise) we may also share personal information with our legal advisors. RESTRICTION OF DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES
Article 23 of the GDPR allows for data subject rights to be restricted in certain circumstances. In addition, the 2018 Act contains certain provisions dealing with the restriction of rights of data subjects, in particular Sections 59, 60 and 61, which give further effect to the provisions of Article 23. DATA TRANSFERS ABROAD
We generally store personal data on servers located inside the European Economic Area. However, in certain cases it may be necessary for us to transfer certain information to servers located outside of the EU. It is important to be aware that the privacy protections in certain jurisdictions may not be equivalent to those in Europe but we will only transfer your information outside the EEA where permitted by law and ensuring that it is subject to appropriate protections.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
All issues regarding this website are governed exclusively by Irish law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Generally, you are not under a statutory or contractual obligation to provide us with any personal data. However, sometimes personal data is required for us to comply with our obligations under applicable law and to provide services to you and, if you do not provide us with the required data, then we may not be able to provide you with our services.
